Job Title: Locker Attendant

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Employment Type: Full-time (48 hours per week, 6 days per week)

Salary: 3000SAR (Iqama tranfer from company)

Education: 10th or 12 certificate or diploma.

Licenses & Certifications: Valid Drivers License advantageous.

Basic Function: The Locker Attendant is responsible for assisting guests with locker rental, including troubleshooting rental and operation issues, answering questions, and other responsibilities such as cleaning the lockers and locker areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair out-of-order lockers.
• Perform regular maintenance on locker units and accurately record all tests and repairs on appropriate forms.
• Maintain the appearance of locker units, including regular cleaning and immediate removal of spills and debris.
• Comply with maintenance instructions in the Our company operations manual.
• Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
• Provide courteous assistance to theme park Guests.
• Maintain a good appearance and relationship with theme park partners and Guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience preferred.
• Theme Park operations experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of electro/mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.

Other Requirements:

• Good level of spoken English language.
• Understanding of Arabic culture and language is advantageous.
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check in accordance with applicable laws.
• Lift 12 kg, to waist height.
• Bend, stoop, walk, and stand for long periods of time.
• Must have good eyesight and good hand coordination to carry out mechanical and electrical repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
