Full-time position - 48 hours per week, 6 days per week (Accommodation and transport to be provided in addition to the salary)

Must be able to work outside regular working hours, i.e. weekends, evenings and public holidays when scheduled.

BASIC FUNCTION

Due to the specific operational and privacy requirements of the role, this position is designated for female candidates.

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Locker Specialist to join our team at a leading theme park in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and enjoys being part of a supportive team that helps create a positive experience for visitors.

You will play an important role in ensuring that guest locker facilities remain clean, safe and fully operational, while also providing friendly assistance to guests when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out repairs on out-of-order lockers to ensure they remain available for guest use.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on locker units and accurately record all tests and repairs.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of locker units, promptly removing spills or debris.
  • Follow maintenance procedures outlined in the operations manual.
  • Comply with all health and safety policies and guidelines.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to theme park guests when required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive working relationship with colleagues, partners, and guests.
  • Support park management with additional duties as required.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • 2 years of work experience preferred
  • Experience within theme park or leisure operations would be advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs.

EDUCATION

General education certificate or diploma

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Valid and transferrable Iqama
  • Valid Drivers license advantageous

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Good level of spoken English.
  • Arabic language skills and understanding of local culture would be beneficial.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Physically able to:
  • Lift up to 12kg to waist height
  • Walk, stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods
  • Good eyesight and hand coordination to carry out mechanical and electrical repairs.

WORKING PATTERN

  • 48 hours per week, 6 days per week
  • Weekend, evening, and public holiday working required
