LOCUM CRNA in Plano, Texas Job ID: 136938

Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
Schedule/Coverage: Beginning January 2026 or ASAP. The schedule calls for full-time coverage, 3x12's every week, with the option to assist with some 16's or 24's. One call shift per week (backup or in-house) and 1-2 weekends per month. Post call day off.
Calls: 7 pm - 7 am during the weeknights and 7 am - 7 am (24-hour call) on weekends.
Case Mix: General, some vascular, some trauma, No hearts, No pediatrics. 50% Spines.
Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction model - 1 Anesthesiologist to 3 or 4 CRNAs.
Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
Active TX License: Required to present
Certifications: ACLS and BLS
