Assignment Details:
We are seeking a locum dentist to provide coverage in a well-supported practice. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing:

• Surgical extractions

• Denture steps

• Comprehensive treatment planning

Staffing Support:

• 3 Dental Assistants

• 1 Hygienist

Requirements:

• Active Illinois dental license in good standing

• Active IL DEA with all schedules and CSR at time of submission

• Please note any procedural limitations when applying

Additional Information:
Extractions may include simple, surgical, or full-mouth cases.
