Schedule:

• 24–32 hrs/week (ideal: Mon 11am–8pm, Tues-Wed 8am–5pm)
• Minimal to no call

About the Role:
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (with OB preferred) for a temporary assignment in Winters, CA. This role is part of our team-based care model focused on quality health outcomes and meaningful patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope family medicine, including chronic disease management, pediatrics, women’s health/OB-GYN (low-risk), family planning, and minor procedures
• Collaborate with an integrated care team, offering MD oversight to mid-level providers as needed
• Deliver patient-centered care including prevention, health maintenance, early diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Educate and engage patients and families in health promotion and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in chart reviews to ensure quality care

Qualifications:

• Current California MD/DO license, DEA, CPR/ACLS/BLS
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Experience providing full-scope family medicine (pediatrics, reproductive health, adult, geriatrics)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
