We are a fast-growing, doctor-led dental group with 25 locations (and more opening every year) across the Midwest. We believe doctors should never stress about coverage, we maintain a dedicated bench of elite locum/float dentists who keep our chairs full and our teams happy.

This is NOT a typical associate role. This is a premium, flexible locum position designed for skilled GPs who want:

• $850 – $1,000+ per day guaranteed (based on experience & availability)
• Choose your own schedule – work 1–15 days per month
• Zero headaches – we provide patients, staff, modern equipment, and full clinical autonomy
• Paid travel time + mileage reimbursement (if covering multiple locations)
• Paid CE
• Opportunity to “test drive” our group with an eye toward permanent placement (many of our floaters become full-time or even partners)

What a typical month looks like:

• Cover planned doctor vacations, CE days, or unexpected absences
• Work in state-of-the-art offices with digital everything, CBCT, CEREC, Sprintray (where applicable), and amazing teams
• Earn full daily rate even on lighter production days (we guarantee it)
• Get first pick when new permanent positions open

Requirements:

• Active Illinois dental license & DEA
• 2+ years clinical experience preferred (newer grads with strong skills considered)
• Friendly, team-oriented personality
• Reliable transportation (we cover the mileage)
