Job Overview
We are seeking a locum Pediatrician to join our healthcare team.

Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and developmental issues.
• Provide preventive care, including immunizations and health education for patients and families.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
• Educate families on health maintenance, nutrition, and wellness strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions.

Skills

• Proficient in EHR systems and EMR systems for efficient patient management.
• Excellent patient service skills with a focus on family-centered care.
• Familiarity with health coaching principles to promote healthy lifestyles among patients.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
