Locum Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care | Chicago, IL

Family Urgent Care is a multi-location urgent care and primary care group serving Chicago’s north side communities. We provide high-quality, accessible care and are looking for experienced clinicians to join our team on a short-term basis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute/urgent care complaints
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays)
• Document encounters accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with supervising physician as applicable

Requirements

• Active Illinois PA-C or NP license
• Minimum 1–2 years urgent care, primary care, or emergency medicine experience preferred
• DEA registration preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment

Job Type: Temporary / Locum | Full-Time or Part-Time

Duration: Approximately 1 month, with possible extension
