As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Physician Recruiter to join our remote team.
Position Summary
The Locum Tenens Physician Recruiter will take full ownership of the physician recruitment cycle—from sourcing and relationship-building to placement and retention. If you’re a high-energy recruiter with a strong background in healthcare staffing and a knack for finding top-tier talent, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and recruit locum tenens physicians across various medical specialties
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified and pre-screened providers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: outreach, interviews, credentialing, and placement
- Collaborate with internal account managers and clients to align physician placements with facility needs
- Negotiate compensation packages, assignment terms, and travel logistics
- Ensure all compliance, licensing, and credentialing requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Deliver a best-in-class experience to physicians throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- 2+ years of locum tenens physician recruiting experience (required)
- Deep understanding of healthcare staffing industry best practices
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + Commission (Total Comp: $50,000 - $200,000/year depending on performance)

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Full-time)
- No weekend shifts required, However, we would prefer answering doctors calls when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,131.20 per year
