Locum to Perm - Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine

**Practice Setting:**

This is an office where doctors take turns being on call at the hospital.

**Dates of Coverage:** Start date: Before November 14.

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

**Call Ratio:** One doctor is on call for every three doctors.

**Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day:** The number of patients varies each day, usually between 10 to 15, depending on the type of visit and call volume.

**Facilities:** - **Onsite Lab:** Yes, there is a lab in the office. -

**Onsite Ultrasound:** Yes, there is also ultrasound equipment available. -

**Nursery Level:** Level III (meaning it can take care of more complex cases). -

**Documentation System:** They use Epic software for patient records.

**Qualifications Needed:** - Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (which means you are qualified but not officially certified yet).

• Must have completed special training in Maternal Fetal Medicine.

• Must have an active license to practice in New York State.

• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications (these are training for basic and advanced life support).

• Must have DEA registration (needed for prescribing medications).

**Certification Requirements:**

- ACLS - BLS - Board Certified - Valid New York State License
