Logistic Coordinator/Freight Forwarding

JOB TITLE: LOGISTICS COORDINATION EXECUTIVE – SEA & AIR OPERATIONS Job Summary SCM BPO Services is looking for a Logistics Coordination Executive – Sea & Air Operations to manage and coordinate international logistics operations for sea and air freight. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics coordination, documentation, and shipment tracking, with additional knowledge of Dubai Trade and Calogi systems considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Sea & Air Freight Operations • Coordinate end-to-end sea and air freight operations for international shipments • Handle shipment bookings, scheduling, and coordination with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and agents • Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely delivery as per client requirements • Coordinate with overseas agents and clients for shipment status updates • Handle pre-alerts, post-shipment follow-ups, and operational coordination Documentation & Compliance • Prepare, verify, and manage logistics documentation including BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, and related shipping documents • Ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade and shipping regulations • Support customs clearance coordination by providing timely documentation • Maintain proper operational records and documentation logs Systems & Portals • Use logistics systems and client portals for shipment tracking and coordination • Knowledge of Dubai Trade and Calogi portals will be an added advantage • Update shipment status in internal systems and client dashboards Client & Internal Coordination • Act as a coordination point between clients, carriers, agents, and internal teams • Respond promptly to client queries related to shipment status and operations • Ensure smooth communication across time zones, especially Middle East and Europe • Support escalation handling and issue resolution during transit Required Skills & Experience • 1–3+ years of experience in logistics coordination or operations (Sea & Air) • Hands-on exposure to international freight operations • Basic to strong understanding of shipping documentation and logistics workflows • Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines • Good communication skills (email and verbal) • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously • Willingness to work in client-dependent shifts Preferred / Added Knowledge • Knowledge or hands-on experience in Dubai Trade • Familiarity with Calogi portal • Experience handling Middle East trade lanes Qualifications • Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field • Relevant operational experience is mandatory Personal Attributes • Strong coordination and follow-up skills • Detail-oriented and process-driven • Professional attitude and team-player mindset • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹20,900.42 - ₹52,739.15 per month
