Job Description for Logistics Executive:

- Good experience in documentation of import & export.

- Goods Inward Inspection with Respect to Purchase Order & Supplier Challan

- To finalize the transporters & Local vendors

- To arrangements of vehicles for dispatching to all circles.

- Inspection, Receipt Acknowledgement, Material Receipt

- Preparation of documents such as GRN/DC/MRN/INVOICE.

- Carry out physical verification of stock as per schedule.

- Responsible for collecting & preparing the necessary paperwork for various import & Export activities.

- To Confirmed all shipping details before allowing packages to leave facility.

- To Prepare Export documentation -Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of origin (MCCIA attested), Purchase Order, Company Pan, GST No., Importer Exporter Code No, Fumigation certificate, LUT, Bank Registration Form, Export Value declaration, Annexure I, Annexure II, Non Scomet Letter, SDF Form, Shipper letter of Instructions, Brochure of Products, Non Hazardous Letter, Insurance, E way bill.

- To Coordinated with customs agents for clearance.

- Communicating shipment information and flight details to relevant parties.

- Shipment documents as per the terms of the export order Invoice, Packing List, Shipping bill & SDF Form to preparing BRC.

- To Co- ordinate with the buyers for the timely delivery of orders.

- To Handle the CHA & Transporters independently.

- To maintained an updated database of all shipments deliveries and returns.

- To arrange the all sales & service activity with their completion of work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,855.08 per month
