Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage parcel delivery operations. This role involves overseeing drivers and bikers, handling customer queries and grievances, updating records in the system, and assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Management:
- Supervise and coordinate delivery drivers and bikers.
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of parcels.
- Monitor vehicle and bike availability and maintenance schedules.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve complaints and grievances effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operational Support:
- Update shipment and delivery records in the system accurately.
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks (invoice checks, petty cash, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with MS Office and data entry systems.
- Understanding of UAE geography is a plus; otherwise, strong sense of routes and directions using maps and navigation tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent command of English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Proactive and resourceful.
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
- Quick thinker, street smart, and fast learner.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
