Role Summary

Ocean Gate is seeking an accomplished Logistics Sales Manager with strong experience in freight forwarding, fulfillment operations, and B2B logistics sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of driving revenue, building client portfolios, and developing long-term commercial relationships. This role requires proven expertise in crafting logistics solutions, managing high-value accounts, and leading sales cycles from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles targeting wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and B2B sectors across the UAE and Iraq.
  • Develop customized logistics and fulfillment solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, niches, and industry verticals.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Conduct targeted outreach, sales meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalations promptly and convert challenges into opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

3. Fulfillment & Logistics Expertise

  • Advise clients on warehousing, last-mile delivery, fulfillment workflows, and cross-border movement.
  • Provide detailed proposals covering shipping, consolidation, warehousing, fulfillment, customs, and route optimization.

4. Market Awareness & Reporting

  • Monitor regional trade trends, competitor offerings, pricing dynamics, and customer behavior patterns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline analyses for management.
  • Participate in strategic planning to expand market share and optimize service offerings.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or fulfillment operations.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE–Iraq trade routes and Gulf cargo regulations.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, revenue growth, and client retention.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • CRM proficiency with the ability to manage pipelines, KPIs, and activity logs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to design and price customized logistics solutions.

Location Requirement:

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sharjah, UAE prior to joining.

Experience Required:

  • Logistics/Freight Sales: Minimum 3 years
  • Fulfillment/E-commerce logistics experience (Preferred)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
