Designation-Logistic & Supply Chain Executive

Job Description:

The Logistics & Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing and streamlining

day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating with vendors and courier partners, and

ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of products. The role requires strong organizational

skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including dispatch

planning, courier coordination, and monitoring shipment status.

• Vendor & Courier Management: Liaise with logistics partners, negotiate rates (where

applicable), and ensure smooth coordination for deliveries.

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain invoices, dispatch records, MIS reports, and

shipment documentation.

• Data Management: Accurately update logistics and supply chain data in company

systems.

• Customer & Internal Support: Handle queries related to dispatch timelines, delivery

status, and related logistics issues.

• Process Improvement: Identify areas to improve efficiency in dispatch and logistics

workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a

related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
