TIAG is now hiring a Logistician to support our Electronic Security Systems (ESS) team. This position provides entry-level logistics support services in accordance with DoD regulations, contract requirements, and program-specific SOPs.
This role reports to our Mount Pleasance, SC office location but as the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Travel: up to 25% to support mission requirements
Responsibilities will include:
- Supply & Inventory Support

Track and maintain inventory records in logistics systems

Assist with receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials

Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory to procurement
-
Support cycle counts and physical inventories
-
Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies to project lead

Order & Shipment Processing
-
Prepare and process shipping documentation (packing slips, labels, bills of lading)

Coordinate outbound shipments and track deliveries
-
Assist with resolving basic shipping discrepancies

Data Entry & System Management
-
Enter logistics data accurately into tracking systems

Maintain digital and physical logistics records
-
Generate basic reports for project lead

Coordination & Communication
-
Communicate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, project teams) regarding material status
-
Support vendors and carriers with routine inquiries
-
Coordinate with vendors, supply activities, and transportation personnel to resolve routine issues. Escalate issues to senior staff when needed

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure shipments meet company and regulatory requirements

Follow safety procedures for handling materials

Bachelor’s degree in associated area or Associate degree + 2 years relevant experience or equivalent High school diploma + 3–4 years relevant experience

Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Experience supporting inventory management, property accountability, or material tracking

Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or government property environments

Professional communication with government customers

Follows established procedures and handles routine tasks

Experience with vendor coordination
