Logistics Account Coordinator (Shipping Clerk) Network Logistics, Inc. — Irving, TX | On-site 1200 N 28th Ave, Irving, TX
Network Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider serving enterprise food & beverage and industrial clients. We're hiring a Logistics Account Coordinator to own the day-to-day operation of a customer account — the central point of contact between the customer, our warehouse floor, and the carriers moving freight in and out.
What you'll do
- Manage the daily flow of a customer account: process inbound receipts and outbound orders, and release work to the warehouse team with clear, accurate instructions.
- Keep the WMS (Extensiv) fully up to date — receipts, shipments, inventory adjustments, and order status — so the system always matches what's physically on the floor.
- Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls, providing order status, resolving issues, and keeping accounts informed.
- Check in drivers at arrival, verify paperwork (BOLs, appointments, seals), and coordinate dock/door assignments to keep loads moving on schedule.
- Track orders from request to ship confirmation, flagging shortages, discrepancies, or delays before they become problems.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records for billing and audit purposes.
- Communicate continuously with warehouse leads, supervisors, and the customer to keep everyone aligned.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, dispatch, or logistics coordination role (3PL experience a strong plus).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple orders, calls, and priorities at once.
- Strong attention to detail — you catch the discrepancy others miss.
- Solid computer skills; experience with a WMS (Extensiv, or similar) and/or Microsoft Excel/Outlook preferred.
- Clear, professional communication with customers, drivers, and floor staff.
- Dependable and on-time — accounts run on consistency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with EDI, ASNs, or customer ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Experience dealing directly with carriers and drivers at a dock.

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
