Position Overview

As a Logistics Account Representative, you'll gain hands-on experience in both sales and supply chain management while learning how to build lasting customer relationships, coordinate freight movements, negotiate pricing, and solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a structured 16-week sales and logistics training program
• Partner with experienced team members to support customers and carriers
• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls and relationship-building efforts
• Negotiate competitive rates with transportation providers
• Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery while ensuring exceptional customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carrier partners
• Meet activity and performance benchmarks to advance into a commission-earning role
• Identify challenges proactively and deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Develop a strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry
