Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics & Account Support Specialist to join our close-knit team. This multifaceted role combines front desk responsibilities with logistics coordination and accounting support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also serving as a key liaison for our logistics team and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and proficiency in office software. Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or clerical work is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate team members
- Dispatch semi drivers, coordinate daily logistics schedules, and handle paperwork
- Process and organize warehouse-related paperwork
- Provide overflow support for accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Monitor and restock vending machines as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common office areas
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams
- Use office software to update records, track dispatch activity, and support administrative functions
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office environment or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high-quality work standards.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
