Logistics Administrator

Post: Logistic Administration

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years

Job Profile:

1. Handling imports documents and coordinating with foreign principals.

2. Preparation of Quotations, Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations, Purchase Invoices, and Sales Invoices.

3. Logistics management (Stock maintenance, monitoring and approval of material packing, and material supply).

4. Following up with customers for payments.

5. Coordinating with vendors.

6. Cash handling and record maintenance.

7. Bank reconciliation.

8. Administrative tasks (Stationery management and secretarial duties).

9. Return filing (GST, TDS, and Professional Tax).

10. Checking books of accounts, Tax Audits, and ROC compliance.

11. Day-to-day data entry.

12. Other tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
