Overview
Job Title: Logistics Agent
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations.
- Maintain stock records and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Handle freight forwarders and Shipment clearance processes and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain vehicle reports for the company fleet.
- Manage internal procurement such as printing, stationery, and office supplies.
- Coordinate procurement of goods and materials from China.
- Support the organization of company events and related logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement is preferred.
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
