Overview

Job Title: Logistics Agent

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations.
  • Maintain stock records and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Handle freight forwarders and Shipment clearance processes and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain vehicle reports for the company fleet.
  • Manage internal procurement such as printing, stationery, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate procurement of goods and materials from China.
  • Support the organization of company events and related logistics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement is preferred.
  • Knowledge of customs clearance procedures is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
