About the Role
The Logistics Analyst plays a critical role in supporting International Grains & Cereal within a food manufacturing environment by coordinating, analyzing and optimizing the supply chain to identify and recommend improvements in efficiency, cost, and delivery. The Logistics Analysts coordinates export cargo logistics at the Plant, ensures timely shipment of documentation to customers and supervise the operation of the cross-docking platform in ports, maintains and interprets data on logistics elements, prepares reports, and work to streamline processes transportation, procurement, and inventory management. The role involves data analysis, communication, and coordination with various teams and vendors to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods across various departments
Skills:
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data and use it to make informed decisions.
Technical skills: Proficiency in data analysis software, such as Microsoft Excel, and other logistics-specific software. Communication skills: Strong communication to liaise with suppliers, vendors, and management. Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and find innovative solutions to challenges. Business acumen: Understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and relevant software.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in Food Manufacturing, Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Supply Chain, ERP (SAP), Data Analysis, Quantitative Skills. Attention to Detail, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving.
Education details
Bachelor's in supply chain or a related field.
