Logistics and Accounts Coordinator

Sonic Electronics is a leading distributor of professional Audio-Visual (AV) solutions across the Middle East & Africa, with offices in Qatar, UAE, and KSA. The role will be a full-time, on-site position, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to schedule shipments.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Track and update shipment status; handle delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and related documentation.
• Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, etc.).
• Monitor and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, warehouse) to align logistics with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with customs, import/export, and safety regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints regarding delivery or shipment issues.
• Generate regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and service level
• Assist in Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in a logistics, accounting, or coordination role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience in documentation (invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, shipping papers).
• Exposure to costing, budgeting, and vendor payment follow-ups.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
