Logistics and Inventory Manager

Job Summary
Onsite - The Logistics & Inventory Manager leads all inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations, overseeing both the Inventory and Shipping & Receiving teams. This role is responsible for optimizing material flow, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving operational efficiency across the supply chain. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience and a background in manufacturing environment (required).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead Inventory Supervisor and Shipping & Receiving Supervisor
  • Oversee end-to-end inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle count programs, and audit compliance
  • Optimize logistics strategies, including carrier selection and freight costs
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and planning teams
  • Analyze KPIs (inventory turns, shrinkage, on-time delivery, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and performance of logistics operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
  • Lead ERP optimization and data integrity efforts

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of supply chain, logistics, or inventory experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Prior experience in manufacturing setting
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and distribution
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (required)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
