A newly established organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, currently in the setup phase of our operations. We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Officer to support the establishment of our operational infrastructure and ensure the efficient execution of business processes as we transition into full operations.
Key Responsibilities
Setup Phase (Pre-Operational Period)

Support the establishment of the company’s office and warehouse, ensuring all logistical and operational requirements are in place.

Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Assist in company registration procedures, licensing, and procurement of necessary materials and equipment.

Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow systems.

Plan and implement supply chain and logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.

Coordinate with regional or headquarters teams to ensure compliance with corporate standards and policies.

Contribute to the selection and implementation of operational tools and systems such as ERP, inventory management, or data analytics platforms.
Operational Phase (Post-Launch)

Oversee logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, order fulfillment, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Prepare and analyze operational reports to support management decision-making.

Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business operations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.

Strong command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, or ERP systems.

Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

High attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to operational excellence.
Additional Requirements

Candidate must currently hold a valid residency permit (Iqama) in Saudi Arabia, as the organization is not able to provide visa sponsorship or residency transfer at this stage.

Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.

Must have access to a personal vehicle to support operational and logistics-related tasks when required.
