About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Manager who will handle end-to-end logistics, dispatch planning, transporter coordination, inventory checks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience in managing transport and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily dispatches & vehicle scheduling
• Coordinate with transporters and negotiate freight rates
• Monitor order processing, documentation, and e-way bill generation
• Track dispatches and ensure timely deliveries
• Resolve transit delays, damages, and operational challenges
• Maintain logistics MIS reports and freight cost analysis
• Coordinate with sales, production, accounts & quality teams

Required Skills

• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain.
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Team handling & vendor management experience

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or relevant field
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in logistics or operations
