We are urgently seeking highly qualified and industry-experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Management Faculty to train students and working professionals in core and advanced LSCM domains.

The ideal candidate should have strong real-world expertise, practical industry exposure, and the ability to deliver engaging, application-oriented training that prepares learners for real-time logistics and supply chain roles in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Logistics & Supply Chain Management concepts such as:
• Logistics Operations
• Supply Chain Planning
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Warehouse & Inventory Management
• Transportation & Distribution
• Export–Import Documentation
• Shipping, Freight Forwarding & Customs Procedures
• Demand Forecasting & MIS
• Prepare, update, and deliver course materials, lesson plans, case studies, and project-based assignments.
• Mentor students in real-time industry projects, simulations, and operational problem-solving.
• Provide guidance in project design, documentation, and practical implementation.
• Track student performance, conduct assessments, and give constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in LSCM, international trade, digital logistics, and technology adoption in supply chain.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum quality and ensure industry relevance.
• Support students in placement readiness, interview preparation, and career mentoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, International Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on industry experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Supply Chain workflows
• Import–Export documentation
• Fleet & warehouse operations
• ERP/WMS/TMS systems (preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts with practical examples.
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with GCC logistics operations, Indian export houses, 3PL/4PL companies, or freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of digital supply chain tools, AI/automation trends, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to conduct live case studies, role plays, industrial simulations, and project evaluations.
• Experience in designing capstone projects or industry-linked programs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive hourly rate of ₹400 – ₹500 based on expertise and experience.
