1. Supply Chain Planning
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans aligned with production schedules and business goals.
- Forecast material requirements in collaboration with production, sales, and finance teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Analyze demand-supply gaps and recommend process improvements..
2. Logistics & Distribution Management
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Manage relationships with transporters, warehouses, and 3PL providers.
- Optimize freight costs, routing, and load utilization.
- Implement tracking systems to monitor dispatch and delivery performance.
- Ensure proper documentation for domestic and international shipments.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Oversee inventory control systems for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Implement FIFO / LIFO / JIT methodologies as per operational need.
- Conduct cycle counts and stock audits to maintain data accuracy.
- Coordinate with finance for monthly reconciliation and valuation.
4. Process Improvement & Automation
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency through lean practices, ERP systems, and automation tools.
- Implement KPIs and dashboards for visibility into material flow, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and reduce lead time.
5. Cost Optimization & Compliance
- Monitor procurement and logistics budgets, ensuring adherence to cost targets.
- Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
- Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations in logistics and procurement processes.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
