Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to support and lead daily transportation operations at a high-volume distribution site. This role oversees dispatch functions and a private fleet of drivers, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement of inbound and outbound freight. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in trucking—specifically a CDL-A background—and has successfully transitioned into a logistics or transportation leadership role, combining real-world driving experience with operational oversight. This individual will play a key role in driver leadership, route and load optimization, regulatory compliance (DOT/FMCSA), and continuous improvement of on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience. Will consider working experience in leu of bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years in transportation management or logistics.
• Valid CDL-A license with medical certification.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of DOT / FMCSA standards and regulatory compliance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
  
  

Working Situation:

This is an onsite position 5 days a week.
