We are looking to hire a Logistics Assistant. who is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, great communication skills and ability to problem solve in high pressure situations. There will be a lot of work with Microsoft excel, using spreadsheets and trackers to keep an up-to-date log of all orders and their status, therefore a successful candidate should have strong experience working with these softwares and SAP. Holds a Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in a related field (BBA,MBA or Logistics), with 1-2 years minimum experience of handling after sales customer service and logistics is a must.

This role will support the business in customer satisfaction by taking responsibility for the coordination and follow up of the entire order and shipment process. Communicating with different business units and factories located across the world to process commercial orders, following up on progress of shipments, payments and keeping a track of all pending deliveries. In addition, this role will also be responsible for taking accountability for coordinating with customers to keep them up to date on their order status, proactive follow up to prevent any issues which could delay shipments.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Logistics: 2 years (Preferred)
