Location: Thane
Net Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations.
• Monitor electric parcel loading/unloading activities.
• Coordinate with delivery executives and supervisors for smooth dispatch.
• Maintain reports related to parcel movement, manpower, and vehicle operations.
• Ensure proper manpower planning and shift management.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery targets.
• Ensure safety compliance and warehouse discipline.
• Communicate with higher management for daily updates.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
• Good knowledge of operational planning and reporting.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Emails).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Candidate should be responsible, punctual, and well-organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,390.84 - ₹23,834.04 per month
