Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily inbound and outbound shipments
- Handle end-to-end logistics operations, including planning, execution, and follow‑up
- Prepare and verify shipping documents
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents
- Track shipments and ensure
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities
- Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records
- Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulation
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of logistics handling and shipment coordination
- Familiar with local and international shipping processes
- Good understanding of documents and customs procedures
- Proficient in MS Office / ERP systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years hands‑on experience in logistics handling and daily operations
