LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily inbound and outbound shipments
  • Handle end-to-end logistics operations, including planning, execution, and follow‑up
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents
  • Track shipments and ensure
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities
  • Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records
  • Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulation

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations
  • Strong knowledge of logistics handling and shipment coordination
  • Familiar with local and international shipping processes
  • Good understanding of documents and customs procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office / ERP systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Experience in fast‑paced logistics environments
  • Problem‑solving and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years hands‑on experience in logistics handling and daily operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
