Job Summary

We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for coordinating our teams for order fulfillment, deliveries, and white-glove installations. This individual will also schedule residential and international moves, which will include the scheduling of visual inspections of residences for the purpose of providing the scope of work detail to our estimators. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate with our drivers, vendors, clients, and coworkers throughout the day, keeping track of movement and providing frequent updates to our customers and team members.

Responsibilities:

- Data/order entry

- Order fulfillment including scheduling of delivery and installation

- Vendor, client, and order follow up

- Client and vendor invoicing for assigned client and vendor list, including accounts receivable follow up

- Preparation of paperwork including, but not limited to estimates, delivery/pickup paperwork, RFQ’s (quote requests)

- Inventory management

- Customer service including answering of phones and routing of inquiries to corresponding office staff

- Communication with drivers and delivery teams including monitoring their progress throughout the day.

- Customer support including addressing client concerns throughout the workday.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar work environment is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of and understanding of mapping programs such as Google Maps
  • Strong communication and grammar.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • English language fluency
  • Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is not required but preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
