Logistics Associate

About the Role:
We are a growing Bio-Logistics company located in the East Bay looking for a hardworking and dependable individual to join our team. This is a dynamic role that combines driving, warehouse/physical tasks, and light administrative duties. This is not a strictly office-based position; it requires active movement and hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operating a vehicle for local pickups and deliveries.
• Handling, loading, and unloading biological shipments.
• Performing physical labor including lifting, moving packages, and organizing inventory.
• Assisting with basic logistics documentation.

Requirements:

• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Language: Basic English proficiency (enough to communicate during deliveries and read labels/instructions).
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with physical labor and able to lift heavy items as needed.
• Reliability: Strong punctuality and work ethic.
