The Logistics Clerk supports daily operations within a logistics and distribution environment. This role provides clerical, data entry, and customer service support to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse operations, transportation teams, and clients. The position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Shift: 2pm-11pm (Tuesday to Saturday)

Location: Irving, Tx 75061

Duties

• Enter and maintain shipment data, inventory records, and transportation information in company systems
• Process Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping documents, and receiving paperwork
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, drivers, and carriers regarding shipments and delivery schedules
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client and vendor emails
• Assist with order tracking and resolve shipment discrepancies
• Prepare reports related to inventory, shipping, and daily operations
• Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures
• Provide general administrative support to operations management

Qualifications:

• English Required
• 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse, or transportation
• Strong data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, inventory systems)
• Familiarity with shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, manifests) preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
