Job Description:
Operational Management
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound shipment processes (receiving, scanning, sorting, loading, dispatch, returns).
- Ensure 100% shipment accountability and accuracy of stock at the hub.
- Monitor route planning and vehicle utilisation for delivery & pickup operations.
- Coordinate reverse logistics, including RTO, NDR, and returns handling.
- Manage overall hub hygiene, security and operational compliance.
Team & Performance Management
- Supervise Delivery Executives / Riders and Hub Support Staff.
- Assign daily routes/manifest and track delivery productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company SOP, delivery timelines, and safety standards.
- Conduct daily team briefing and performance review.
- Provide guidance, training and disciplinary support where necessary.
Reporting & Documentation
- Verify all shipment scans in the system (In-scan, Out-scan, NDR, RTO, delivery updates).
- Maintain daily MIS reports – delivery %, NDR %, attempts sheet, RTO, pendency, cash handovers, fuel usage, etc.
- Ensure COD/collection reconciliation and timely banking handover.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Customer Support / Regional Operations for escalations.
- Resolve customer complaints related to delivery or pickup.
- Ensure quick actions for high-value and high-priority shipments.
Compliance & Safety
- Enforce security protocols to prevent shipment loss or damage.
- Ensure timely recovery & reporting for loss/damage cases as per policy.
- Adherence to HR, audit, and safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
