Location: Torrance, CA

Overview:

To conduct in-depth research on global logistics industries and technology trends to identify next-generation logistics technologies and new business models. This role is responsible for verifying field applicability through data-driven ROI analysis and benchmarking. Furthermore, it involves continuously feeding strategic insights to leadership and relevant departments to empower informed operational strategies and drive technical innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Intelligence & Insight Provision

• Trend Monitoring: Continuously research global logistics markets, industrial environments, and technology trends to identify significant market opportunities.
• Strategic Decision Support: Deliver data-driven analysis reports and insights to assist FNS leadership in shaping operational strategies.
• Intelligence Publication: Publish periodic intelligence reports to foster internal professional expertise and distribute newsletters to share information with internal/external stakeholders.

2. New Tech, Business Development & Implementation

• Opportunity Identification: Identify emerging logistics technologies (e.g., automation, robotics) and new business models based on research findings.
• Feasibility & ROI Analysis: Perform technical feasibility reviews and economic (ROI) analysis for the introduction of new technologies and business ventures.
• Pilot & Implementation: Verify the field applicability of identified technologies and new business models, integrating them into actual business processes to generate measurable results.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-8 Years of Experience in consulting, supply chain, logistics, or 3PL operations preferred
  (Open to both entry-level & experienced professionals)
• Ability to rapidly recognize, understand, and analytically process trends in the logistics industry and technology.
• Proven capability in data-driven research and the ability to draft professional business reports.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and deliver strategic insights
• Fluency in Korean and English is required

The base salary for the position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
