Logistics Coordinator

* Plan and optimize transportation routes for cost efficiency and timely deliveries.* Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring smooth movement of goods.* Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and shipments.* Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders.* Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure supply chain efficiency.* Ensure accurate documentation of inbound and outbound shipments.* Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies* Act as a point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues.* Resolve transportation and delivery issues efficiently.* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and warehouse) to improve logistics performance. Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor degree,Local Language, Hindi and English proficiency must .
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in Logistics coordinator role / Warehousing.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain planning.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and freight coordination.
• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
