Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate freight rates with carriers to secure transportation for client shipments.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Track shipments and provide updates to clients as needed.
• Resolve any issues or delays in transportation to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Utilize transportation management software to manage shipments and track performance.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize transportation costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term partnerships with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Logistics: 4 years (Preferred)
• Freight Broker(LTL & FTL): 4 years (Required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)
