Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage all logistics operations within our organization. The successful candidate will handle all logistics-related duties, with specific responsibility for F009 Hazmat Shipping logistics, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. This full-time, in-person role is integral to our operational success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all logistics activities, including shipment planning, tracking, and delivery.

Manage F009 Hazmat Shipping logistics, ensuring adherence to all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation related to hazardous materials.

Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate shipping and receipt records.

Troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues promptly, including transportation delays or compliance concerns.

Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols related to hazardous materials handling.

Qualifications:

Experience in logistics coordination, particularly with Hazmat shipping (F009 preferred).

Familiarity with F009 Hazmat shipping regulations and federal compliance standards.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with logistics management software is advantageous.
