Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to join our car showroom located in Dubai Auto Zone, Ras Al Khor.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all Dubai Trade portal and Mirsal II activities (vehicle transfers, customs processes, etc.)
• Manage customs-related tasks, including claims and documentation
• Arrange vehicle inspections and ensure smooth clearance procedures
• Coordinate with authorities and logistics partners as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a car showroom within a Freezone as a Customs Clearance Agent
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Trade Portal and Mirsal II system
• Ability to work independently and manage all customs-related duties efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skill

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
