Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistic Co-ordinator to manage day-to-day transport activities. The candidate will be responsible for lining up transport, coordinating payment approvals, and finalizing rates with managers.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and schedule transport as per dispatch requirements
• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth operations
• Handle payment approvals and documentation
• Negotiate and finalize transportation rates with managers
• Maintain records and ensure timely communication
• Resolve logistic-related queries

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics or dispatch coordination (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calls)
• Should be available to work from the Raipur office
