- To maintain all related files and folders in updated conditions.
- Maintain a database of Order-Execution, Delivery Challan, Billing & Sales Return, etc. and reporting to the management
- Maintenance of Inward & outward (Stock) record
- Handling Customer Calls, Shipment Tracking with courier company, updating the records, Stock Reconciliation
- You will support the Logistics department & perform all tasks pertaining to Boston Scientific
- Co-ordination with vendors related to all purchase
- Monthly preparation of stock & sales statement for all principal companies
- Tracking of order till the product is delivered to the customers.
- Preparing purchase orders & sales quotation/sale bills.
- Co-ordination with Sales Executive from various states.
- Attending inquiries of customers
- You will support the Logistics department and perform all tasks given by the Manager.
- Co-ordination with Branch Offices Stock updates
- Handle all assignments as given by the Head of the Department
- Payment follow-up, writing letters and following –up with clients.
- Handling client call every day.
