Domestic Logistics Coordinator

About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and driven beauty lover to join our domestic team.

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the

Domestic Shipping & and Logistics team in day-to-day operations for international

accounts. This role will report to Account Manger. Ability to work in our HQ in Edison, NJ

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage customer order activity through the entire fulfillment cycle from start-to-

finish

• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with customers and all

partners throughout the process

• Respond to customer inquiries and follow-up on shipment status; manage RTVs,

shipping discrepancies, past dues and expedites, as well as any quality issues.

• Liaise with sales and accounting teams for these inquiries.
• Work with team to maintain clean and updated order forms for each account;
• ensure each retailer and account manager is aware of any out of stocks and

discontinued items

• Review credit note requests and submit for approval
• Maintain PO and Invoice trackers
• Work internally with managers and team members to implement new strategies

and initiatives.

• Manage stock build/inventory tracker and share regular updates to ensure

healthy state of trade

• Consolidate materials for quarterly business reviews with senior management
• Support team with administration support as needed

• Passion for Beauty and Skincare
• HQ located in Edison, NJ
• Minimum Education Level: BA
• Required Language: English required, Spanish is a plus
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year
