Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.

•Negotiate with transport service providers for competitive rates / favourable terms.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers (LSPs).
•Optimize transport routes and loads to reduce transportation costs and increase efficiency.
•Coordinate closely with warehouse teams to manage stock levels and transport schedules.
•Monitor transport costs and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
•Implement strategies for freight optimization, including route planning, vehicle utilization, and load consolidation.
•Manage and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or disputes with transport providers. Proactively address logistical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Minimum 5 years of logistics/transport experience.
• Graduate (preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain).
• Strong in Excel & ERP.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, prompt, and good at coordination.

Salary: CTC: 3 - 4 LPA (depending on the candidate).
Local train pass provided. The above CTC includes EPF, paid leaves, and an annual bonus.

Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Sunday (except Friday).
Week Off: Friday
