Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to handle daily shipping, receiving, and transportation activities. The candidate will be responsible for tracking shipments, preparing logistics documents, coordinating with suppliers, and updating all related records in ERP Next (MR, PR, PO, Delivery Notes, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Prepare and check shipping documents.
  • Track delivery status and update ERP Next.
  • Work with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records.
  • Handle logistics issues, delays, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in logistics or supply chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP Next (Material Request, Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Stock).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with shipping, customs, and transportation.
  • Proficient in basic computer and documentation work.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Additional logistics certification is a plus.
