As a new Logistics Coordinator in Dubai, you are taking a role close to the core of Monjasa’s operations in a dynamic, international environment and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues worldwide in upholding the standard quality of group-wide operations.


Your main responsibility is to support ship-to-ship (STS) and bunkering operations through effective management of cargo equipment, inventory, and logistical processes. This involves facilitating seamless bunker deliveries and coordinating with local suppliers and regulatory authorities. Strong communication skills, a keen interest in the business environment, and a proactive approach to work are essential for this role.


Areas of focus

  • Coordinating movements of STS and bunkering equipment between vessels, warehouses, and external partners.
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels of cargo equipment, spares, and consumables.
  • Arranging logistics, customs, and freight forwarding for equipment shipments.
  • Coordinating inspection, maintenance, and certification of STS equipment and keeping all records up to date.
  • Ensuring warehouse teams have the information and materials needed to perform maintenance and preparation work.
  • Preparing simple reports and overviews on equipment status, stock, and upcoming maintenance/certification needs.


Your professional skills

  • Relevant education within logistics or shipping e.g. Maritime Transportation
  • Preferably have 3 years of experience in logistics or a similar role e.g. with equipment coordination, freight forwarding
  • Experience from the oil/gas/bunker industry is an advantage
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English (written/oral), and any other language is a plus
