Customer Support Executive (Logistics Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive with a background in the logistics industry to join our team in Gurgaon (Work from Office).

Location: Sector-27, Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving logistics-related inquiries.
Order Tracking & Coordination: Provide customers with real-time shipment updates and resolve delivery issues.
Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, delays, and missing shipments with prompt follow-ups.
Coordination with Logistics Partners: Communicate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in CRM and tracking systems.
Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for better service efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Mandatory: 1-3 years of experience in customer support within a logistics or e-commerce company.
Strong understanding of order tracking, last-mile delivery, and shipment handling. Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and logistics tracking software.
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and handle high-pressure situations.
