Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.

·       Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier services.

·       Ensure compliance with MOHAP and GDP relevant regulations for the handling, storage and transport of medical devices.

·       Oversee daily logistics activities including shipment planning, tracking, documentation and issue resolution.

·       Monitor and optimize inventory movement between distribution centers, warehouses and customers.

·       Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using ERP systems.

·       Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping procedures.

·       Support demand planning and forecast accuracy through data-driven insights.

·       Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

·       Lead or participate in logistics-related projects including system upgrades, vendor evaluations and SOP development.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.

·       Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry.

·       Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices and regulatory compliance.

·       Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.

·       Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
