We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. This role combines logistics coordination with administrative duties and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and inventory movement
  • Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and reports

Administrative Support

  • Handle general office administration and record keeping
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic reports
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
